Tannaz Malekzadeh, DMD
After graduating from the University of California Irvine, Dr. Malek earned her DMD at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine in 2002. She also completed her periodontal residency there in 2005. She continues to further her education on a regular basis and holds a master’s degree in education.
Dr. Malek is a diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and a member of the American Dental Association®, the American Dental Education Association and the Academy of Osseointegration. She is also a graduate of the Institute for Advanced Laser Dentistry and an active member of the Central Arizona Dental Association. She also serves as an assistant professor of periodontics at Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health in Mesa, Arizona.
Dr. Malek has three rescue dogs and a rescue cat. She loves taking in Arizona’s natural beauty and its deserts.
